What kinds of devices can I track?

We use the term 'device' broadly to mean anything in or around your home. This includes appliances, HVAC systems, water heaters, electronics, outdoor structures, landscaping features—even favorite trees. For each device, you can record purchase dates, warranty information, and maintenance history.

Unlike typical project management tools, Manor is designed around the reality that most home tasks are recurring—changing filters, servicing equipment, seasonal maintenance, etc. Create recurring tasks that automatically reschedule when completed, or add one-time tasks for ad-hoc projects. Tasks can be associated with specific properties, spaces, or devices.

Reminders are sent via email for recurring maintenance tasks like changing air filters, servicing your HVAC, or checking smoke detectors. You can control when you're notified (before or after the due date) and pause reminders at any time.

The Homeowner plan costs $8/month or $80/year and includes 1 property, 500 documents, cloud backup, email uploads, AI-generated maintenance recommendations, priority support, and early access to new features. The Pro plan costs $20/month or $200/year and includes all Homeowner features and up to 5 properties and 2,500 total documents.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, then your account will return to the free plan.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe. All payments are securely processed by Stripe, and we never store your full card details on our servers.

Why does my bank statement show payments as 'Manor by Still Forest'?

Manor is part of Still Forest LLC, an independent software engineering studio registered in Branchburg, NJ. Subscription payments processed through Stripe will appear on your statement as 'MANOR BY STILL FOREST BRANCHBURG NJ'.

Documents are stored securely on Cloudflare R2 cloud storage. Each user has their own isolated storage folder, so your files are never mixed with or accessible by other users.

Do you use AI? What data is shared?

We use AI services from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google to generate personalized maintenance recommendations. Only property details and general location are shared—no personal information is ever sent. AI features are always optional and can be disabled.
